After Annunciation, I attended and graduated from Benilde High School. After graduation, I attended the University of Minnesota for under grad. I then completed by Law Degree at William Mitchell, which allowed me to travel to Europe and study law at Cambridge, England during one summer. I have now been practicing law, primarily as a Criminal Defense Attorney in both State and Federal Court, for the last 36 years. I still enjoy practicing law, and have no current plans to retire.

I met my lovely wife, Michele, during college at the University of Minnesota. I was able to follow her into law school at William Mitchell, which I had aspired to do since I was a student at Annunciation. We have been married for 38 years, living the last 20 plus years in Plymouth.

My hobbies include hunting, fishing, traveling, gardening and gambling. In my free time, I enjoy good food, a nice glass of scotch, and cigars with my family and friends.
