After graduating from Annunciation, I attended Anthony for 9th grade and then Washburn H.S. For college, I attended the University of Notre Dame graduating in 1977 with a degree in Finance. I started my career as a commercial banker working for Norwest Bank (now Wells Fargo). In 1986 I became a partner with Norwest Equity Partners, a Minneapolis-based private equity firm. Then, in 1997, I started my own company, Clearwater Equity Group which invests in local small companies.
I married my wife, Claudia (who grew up in Detroit, MI), in 1981 and we have 3 children, Brian (34), Maureen (33) and Kate (30). We have 4 grandchildren with # 5 on the way! We love being grandparents and are thankful all 3 families live in the MPLS area. We live in the city of Minneapolis and are members of the Basilica of Saint Mary Church. I have very happy memories of spending 8 years with all of you at Annunciation and look forward to seeing everyone at the reunion!
